Please note that payments must be made by 5:00pm in order to be credited the same day.  Payments made after 5:00pm will be posted the next business day.  If you have a past due amount, this amount must be paid by 5:00pm on the bill due date in order to avoid shut off proceedings.  If payment is made after 5:00pm on the bill due date, you will receive a $50.00 administrative fee and will be subject to turn off.  Any balance left on your account after 5:00pm on the bill due date is subject to a late fee.   If you have any questions, please contact City Hall at (209) 827-7000.
